“Fantastic location”

The best

A fantastic location in the centre of the old town, near beaches, restaurants and shopping. A great base for exploring San Sebastián by day and night. We had a spacious twin room looking on to the street. Basic facilities but clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Easy 10 minute walk from bus station.

“Excellent location, okay room”

The best

The staff was great, really helpful and they also gave us the room 2.5 hours before the check-in. The location was excellent! The water pressure of the shower was really good and there was always hot water.

To be improved

The mattress was actually really good but it was placed on a very cheap frame which was sinking in the middle and it was making squawking noises every time we turned. The shower's door was broken, therefore all the water was getting outside. In general we didn't spend much time in the room, we just needed for sleep but it was quite expensive of what we got, basically you mainly pay for the location.

Every thing we liked, loved how it was centrally located and everything was close restaurants, pintox bars and coffee place. Great location.

To be improved

We could have used hand soap in the hand wash sink, body wash could have been bigger or may be 2 of the small ones not just 1 which is less.

“Stay was ok but seemed expensive for what you got.”

The location was good. Nice and close to everything & the small balcony was a bonus. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

To be improved

Bed needs to be replaced. It’s 2 single beds pushed together which kept moving apart. One of the mattresses has collapsed on one side. Very difficult to check in if you’re driving as no where to stop & unload. Parking was expensive & a bit of a walk with your luggage.
