This is the most modern, well appointed and clean property I’ve ever seen in PdC!

To be improved

Needs a sun cover of some sort for the balcony

It was close to 2 beaches, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, big rooms, usable kitchen facilities and a specious balcony

Pillows a little hard and would have been nice to have an umbrella so you could sit in the shade

“Very good”

The best

Beautiful apartment very modern and spotless clean. It is close to the main strip and harbour both less than 5 minute walk. Has oven.hob.fridge freezer.dishwasher iron and the use of a washing machine free of charge in the laundry room with soap powder provided. There are only about 6 apartments so nice and quiet. There was a diffuser in the room which was a nice touch and smells lovely also. Overall a really pleasant stay and we would recommend if you are not fussed about an onsite pool. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk if that.

To be improved

The apartment was not cleaned in the 4 nights we stayed and no fresh towels. I would of expected at least a change of towels and the rubbish bin to be emptied. We could not gain access when we arrived and had to wait for a scottish couple staying there to help us. We had filled in the required forms on the booking a few days earlier so we expected to get a code when we did not we expected there to be someone on site when we arrived but everything is done via whats app there is no reception area. So we ended up waiting around for 1 hour before we got the access code. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child but when we eventually gained access around 7pm there was no bed linen for the sofa bed. we contacted the property and they said would the next day be OK so my daughter had no bed sheets for the 1st night. I think access code should be sent the day before that would improve the experience and the form you fill in states under 14 do not require to complete but then they said I needed to and that was why no bed linen was left for the sofa bed so a bit confusing.

“Observations for review”

The best

Loved the Apartment. But would seriously suggest putting some opaque design on the lower half of the glass separating each Balcony No privacy from each unit on the balcony.

To be improved

Just an observation. The delph in kitchen is much too high. Had to stand on chair to get most things. Could be put in press under TV !!!! In 14 days it was only cleaned once. Not enough in warm weather and for that price.
