“Clean place, very good location, and a friendly and supportive host”
The best

The place is very clean and comfortable. The host is a very nice person, he was always willing to help and was ensuring that I had all that I needed, so that I feel comfortable. He even let me stay a few hours more on the last day! I will definitely check for an available room again the next time I visit Madrid!

The best

Excellent host and location. Close to Metro and a short drive to Madrid airport. Good for a day or two if you're passing through Madrid.

To be improved

My first issue is not one directed at the host. In general, I've found that with Booking.com in Spain you need to read the fine print to understand that you DON'T have a private bathroom. If you're driving it will be a challenge to find parking nearby. If a place offers a kitchen it should definitely offer a place to sit and eat as well - this place does not.
