Was informed keys had to be given in person messaged as leaving airport nobody there to meet us, phoned on arrival two women turned up but very limited English. No instructions given Wi-Fi, how to operate anything, where to put rubbish etc. I contacted host as nobody could access Wi-Fi turned out information on back of router was no longer valid when provider and password given all worked fine but I shouldn’t have needed to chase this as it’s basic information. An instruction book would have been very helpful we couldn’t get hot water on our 3rd night discovered boiler was powered by calor gas bottle which had run out. I messaged host, eventually got an answer an hour later to say she would send her partner round to change gas bottle when he got back. Luckily my son was able to watch a video online and worked out what to do or we would have missed our dinner reservation. I know power outage can be very common in Spain which did happen a few times during our stay again no instructions of where to find fuse box and of course it had to happen when my husband who has balance issues was in the shower in the windowless bathroom. Apartment sleeps 6 we had a group of 5 and 3 mugs in the cupboard again messaged host with no solution I did get a sorry. One of the door shelves in the fridge was missing which also made it difficult to store large bottles and milk for 5 people ☹️
