“Wonderful apartment in a good location.”

The best

The location is pretty good, close to the city center and within walking distance to the Royal Palace and popular areas around it. You get a view of a green hill/park outside the windows. You could go up there right outside the apartment and see the Madrid sunrise/sunset. The apartment is easy to find, and fairly clean. The beds are comfy, the room is cozy with air conditioning. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking stuff, making you feel like you're home away from home. You will get the instructions on how to get into the apartment a day before your arrival.

To be improved

Could use some fresh paint to paint over the water stains on the wall next to the shower, and hopefully you won't run into the building manager guy on the first floor asking questions in Spanish which we couldn't understand while in a hurry to catch the train, otherwise, everything is fine.
