Paula was very helpful and easy to contact for any concerns from check in to check out. The apartment was spacious and located near the station.

To be improved

The building has a lift but it doesn't go to the floor of the flat. That's a big consideration for people with big luggage. The washing machine doesn't have a dryer so that's another consideration for people on long travels.

“A good base from which to explore Bilbao and the area.”

Host staff ( it’s run by a company) were very quick to respond to messages. Met us on arrival, gave us a helpful and good introduction to the area and Bilbao generally. Apartment is on a busy road but traffic and people noise at night was not bad. It was hot so we left windows open at night that didn’t face the road, and that worked.Apartment well supplied - eg washing machine and good airer to dry clothes. Bakers , greengrocers and supermarket v close, on the Plaza. We tended to walk from the apartment to city sights , not too far from anywhere, used bus/ train for more distant spots.
