The parking is too difficult! There is no dishwasher in the room. The curtains are broken, so cannot be closed during the night.

The host helped us to get our car to the parking lot earlier. Thank you. Central location. Included parking (It was difficult to park the vehicle for an SUV. We had to get it in through the door with some effort. We had an Audi Q3)

To be improved

The house is not exactly the same as the photos of the house. It was brightened better using Photoshop. However, it was not like that. The shutters were broken. They would not close or open. Privacy could not be provided. Liquid cleaning products were diluted. There was blood from dead flies on the walls. It had not been cleaned. The bed leg was broken. The general cleaning of the house was sloppy.

“Great location”

The best

It’s a great location. We loved the size of the place and the way that it was set up. On day one, the video directions were great and no problem to follow but, the apartment was tricky to get into on our first day. The master bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite and closet and the second bedroom has a full bed in a small space but has an area to place your small suitcase and a hanging rack for clothes with the bathroom directly across from the room. The washer was a huge benefit (no dryer) but directly next door was a laundromat where we dried our clothes. Which was convenient. The parking was extremely difficult/tricky with a larger car (SUV) and we ended up paying for parking because it was too stressful to get in and out of. The faulty en-suite shower and sink was disappointing for the first 3 days given that we specifically chose a place that had 2 showers and two sinks. The hostess came and fixed the shower and sink on the third day and replaced our towels. The Nespresso was a great perk. Overall, it was a very well appointed, nice place in a wonderful location and a nice apartment.

To be improved

Difficult getting into and out of every day given multiple locked doors. Only a single key available to guests which was not easy to manage if the group splits up. No second key available per staff. Our requirements for a place was parking area and 2 bathrooms and the fact that the parking was not comfortable with an SUV and The en-suite bathroom was not working was disappointing.
