“Fabulous staff”
The best

Fabulous staff, great breakfast, great pool. The hotel has everything. It is however a mixture of styles and objects, and feels a bit of the golden 70'ees, a little bit over the top art. As we learned, most of them were gifts from people around the world to the owner (but somewhat lesser ornaments would improve things- less is more, or concentrate them per floor or give every room its own character, an interior decorater could do marvelous things). Quiet night, signs in the hallways ask customers to be quiet (well thought), clean room. Special thanks to the staff and owner: we booked 1 room for 3, but when arriving, we got an upgrade to 2 better rooms. Also we got 3 coupons for 3 drinks in the bar. Great breakfast in the morning, and the owner asked if everything went well. All small things, but it shows they like taking care of the customers.

“Terrible experience”

Went to this “Hotel” which is more like a motel. Booked a room for 4 nights ( which cost the same as 4* hotel in Barcelona) & left after the 2nd night. 3rd floor has no internet- the receptionist was incredibly surprised that there is no internet ( I found a review from 2013 where ppl complain about internet connection at the 3rd floor- 2013 !!!) rooms have moles terrible smell - all rooms we check smell like old and mold most hideous interior design I have ever seen. terrible service All rooms have kitchen bugs the towels were dirty, grey and old probably washed with black clothes. Hotel water smells and has a yellow/ brown color- you can’t use it to wash yourself. Beds have wheals - you can’t use literally slide with your bed throughout the room.

“Fine for a few days but wouldn’t book again”

Location was great for skydiving, parking on site

To be improved

- Thin walls, I was kept up late on several nights due to noisy neighbours. - decoration of the hotel is “interesting”. Not very modern and quite gaudy. - Fridge broken - lots of mosquitos in the room despite not having windows open

Well located wrt the airfield, with a good number of restaurants nearby

To be improved

Spa (hot tub) was extra and rather pricey( €20 ) so didn’t use it. Sauna was turned off so couldn’t. Not a major drama though but if it was on i would have probably used it.

The bed was nice even though the lighting could have been a bit brighter. · Cons: One of the staff was quite impolite that really downgraded the whole experience. The staff who welcomed me for my stay was really friendly and helpful even he has very little English vocabulary. However, the staff who took over his later shift wasn't as nice. When I talked to him or asked him for something, not only he didn't look at you, the way he reacted toward you would leave you wonder whether he had heard you or not. Then you waited for a few mins while he's taking his time, when he finally did what you asked for, that's when you realized he understood. Doesn't seem he's really working there tbh.”
