the lady in the flat underneath was very rude, constantly complaining about us making a noise. We wore slippers in the flat at all times and did not stamp about. she complained about us getting up in the night to use toilet (we did not use the flush at night) she even waited for us in the lift when she heard us leave the flat to complain to us. She would bang on the ceiling at all hours. it is impossible to make no noise when moving about the flat. I would not book this flat again because of her and I would not recommend it to anyone else. We came to Torre for a relaxing holiday, unfortunately she did spoil our stay which is a shame as we loved the location.
