Location, beach on the doorstep, easy walk for majority of people to amenities in Torre Del Mar. Wide selection of restaurants eg Japanese, Chinese, Italian and Spanish within a 5 minute walk. Property was an ideal size for a couple and we anticipate a return stay with an adult relative in the future using the second bedroom.

To be improved

We were unable to locate instructions for the use of the stove top.

location is perfect. brand new appliances. good AC. Amazing beach . very comfortable and nice apt. staff lady( Andrea)at agency was very polite and helpful helping us navigate the process

- many surprises. In addition to 75 cleaning fee included in the booking.com final price, there are other fees and paper work :e.g. 100 dollar deposit and online check in process.. check out is 11 am which is ok but was not expecting staff to knock and just open the door at 11 am. at most places / hotel they will knock and wait for you to open door and leave. I was also called at midnight cause they reportedly got neighord report of "front door open all day." which was not the case. in summary great apt, logistics somewhat complicated. like the apt but will not stay there again.
