The best

Room was small I could literally open the bathroom door from my bed! Didn’t have any interaction with staff apart from check in and out. Location was great and lots of really good restaurants and close to Alhambra Palace.

To be improved

Bigger room, not sure if window doorway opened- especially if there was a fire. Mugs and glasses in room not to my standards - could do with a good wash. Tea facilities very basic 2 teabags!!

Great location and staff very helpful. Very clean room particularly the bathroom.

We were VERY VERY disappointed that although there were hot drinks making facilities in the room no milk in any form was provided! When we asked at reception for some milk we were told milk could be provided but a small cup would cost €1.50!! Unbelievable, in all the travels all over the world we have NEVER had to pay for milk. We went around the corner to the small supermarket and paid €1.15 for a one litre bottle. Would never use again. Although the location is brilliant trying to drive in front of the hotel was a nightmare due to the one way system and pedestrian system.
