Nice villa with pool. Comfortable rooms, good climatization for hot days. Enough space available. Verry god offer price vs services. I recommend!

To be improved

Surroundings. Outside of yard the land is not clean, but this is not resposability of owner. Municipality from Denia need to put pressure on owner landings to clean. In the villa need to install additional protection at windows for mosquitos.

“Good location and nice pool area.”

The instructions for the keys state to go to house number 2. The property is part of a terrace of townhouses and it is the furthest one which actually has a number 1 on the house. That was confusing but we were ok getting into the villa. We arrived on the day of the Spanish power outage so could not understand why there was no power and no mobile phone service. We went into Denia and discovered what was happening across Spain & Portugal. I was surprised that the agency did not call the next day to check we were ok? The house is in a quiet area and overlooks a fruit field. It is a nice house and the pool area was lovely. Comfortable beds and AC in the main kitchen/lounge area and two of the bedrooms.

To be improved

There were no wine glasses, and only 3 small bowls which made eating cereal challenging. There is no kettle so we boiled water in a saucepan. There also weren't any beach towels which is surprising for a seaside villa ? The shower is the double room downstairs leaks badly and water shoots everywhere. We had to get a maintenance engineer to visit to fix the AC in the small upstairs room. Also, it was not a high standard of cleanliness, I saw hairs all over the floors (maybe the power outage made it difficult to use a vacuum cleaner?). Duvets were placed between two sheets which is odd? Why is there no duvet covers? Also, two pillowcases had blood spots on them. The cupboard that stores plates has the door broken, I fixed it. Overall it's a pleasant villa, but you can tell it's an agency let versus owner let, it feels unloved.

“Amazing”

The best

We honestly like everything from the house itself. It was very clear, everything in order, they let all the necessary amenities. The service from Isaac was a great help. The location is also good. Within 10 to the closest supermarket and a beach. 30 min walking to the center. We would like to come back soon!

To be improved

Perhaps to let a little bit of sugar and salt in the kitchen 😅
