We have paid a deposit of 150 EUR, which we never got back. After asking why, it was said that the freezer drawer was damaged and they will get back to us, which they never ever did. We have no idea what should be wrong with the freezer drawer. We asked for more details. So bottom line. They said we broke something. We do not think so. We just got one single e-mail and never heard sth from them again. I would expect at the moment they have a problem with a damage, that they actively address the issue and maybe send a picture. Though we had to ask. I am more feedup with the way of communicating and I wrote this review 1 month after not hearing sth. So I don´t think we broke sth and as they have nothing to proof, they stopped communicating. (Besides that, I really nice apartment)
