The building is lovely with Alhambra views outside the apartment door. The apartment is a great size for a couple and has nice wooden doors and shutters. Host was extremely helpful, we forgot items and she organised for us to be able to collect them. The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Area is beautiful and near the main sights and historic areas of Granada.
This place is next to a small club/bar which is open Thursday and at weekends. On the thursday the music and people outside were so loud we couldn't sleep - host got us some earbuds which helped a lot however I would probably choose somewhere quieter if going on a weekend. Nothing major but place needs a bit of care, fittings are loose in the bathroom and lamps were missing light bulbs, shutter bolts bit broken etc.

Quiet location well placed between Alhambra et Albaycin. You have everything you need in the apartment and the communication with the landlord is good
A little bit difficult to find and difficult to arrive, you will have to walk a bit with your luggage. The appartment is quite small for two people with suitcases etc, the bed also quite small. If two people, you definitely have to be in a couple
“Good”
1. The apartment is very central, at the river on the way to the Alhambra. There are many restaurants around, flamenco shows, and historical places to visit. The bus to Alhambra stops just a minute away. Very good choice if you want to explore the city. 2. The house is old, so staying in it is a cultural experience. The style has a historical touch, for example, the windows. 3. The apartment is generally good, equipped with a washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, teapot, hair dryer, and ironing machine. Even a tool to clean the air is there. Basics like coffee and sugar are already in the apartment. Napkins and extras are available. I would only add chemicals to wash clothes. 4. Self-checking is easy. 5. When closed, windows make the room dark, improving my sleep. 6. The host is polite and understanding, and answers the messages quickly. On a side note, we visited a Latin dance party in Granada, which was very good. It was a very active and young place, with a big area and no blockers like tables, etc.
1. The strong smell from the bathroom gets less when you close the door. 2. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and the stairs are high. It was torture to move the luggage up. Also, the road near the house is made of stones, so moving luggage is impossible; you need to hold it in your hands. 3. It is noisy during the day. Around 10 AM, tours stop near the windows, and the guide explains something. But there are no sounds if you close the windows. When I could not reach my partner on the phone, I called him from outside, and he could hear me, so the noise was not overwhelming. 4. The wardrobe is not very comfortable. It has mould in the corner and some staff that are not usable, so a shelf was not accessible. 5. A lot of decorations, so there is a tendency to collect dust. 6. The kitchen is not very ergonomic. 7. Supermarkets like Mercadona are very far. Carrefour Express is the closest known option. 8. Very difficult to dry clothes. There is a rack that has to be installed in the window. But it is not easy to install it securely, and the clothes can easily fall (which actually happened).
“The stay was great overall! Amazing location with a nice view of L’Alhambra and nearby bus stop, but be careful of city”
The location is spot on amazing with a nice view of L’Alhambra. It was a working kitchen. And everything was clean, ambiance was nice. Host was nice.
We came by car, it would’ve help to been informed ahead of time about the city limits and road restrictions. Parking is assumed, though it would be nice to advise as well. The sewage smell from the bidet was pretty bad.
“Magical stay in an enchanted town.”
It’s perfectly located, comfortable and cozy. the flat and the building are beautiful and super clean. super recommend the flamenco show right up the street. we washed our clothes and hung them outside the window, just like Spanish and Italians 😅Carolina is very attentive, kind and helpful.
everything was great, really.. but my hubbie had to have half of his showers a bit cold because apparently I used almost all of the hot water (mostly while trying to adjust it).
