Modern villa in quiet residental area with amazing views to golf course and ocean. Very well equiped, 4 bedrooms, lovely terrace with unforgetable sunsets.

“Excellent Villa for a group to stay.”
The best

The villa has stunning views of the sea and golf course. It was modern and clean. There were 7 us staying and there was plenty of space so we weren’t on top of each other. The pool was great and the hot tub a bonus. There was also a welcome pack which was a nice touch. We had a family birthday while we there and the outside bar with fridge and a freezer very convenient. Aurelio met us at the villa and showed us round he was friendly and he was quick reply to messages. The local supermarket is within walking distance as is the Meloneras beach and the start of the boardwalk to Maspalomas lighthouse. I’d highly recommend the villa to anyone.

The villa was beautiful and very modern throughout. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of space for 8 people. Aurelio was super friendly, helpful and quick to respond to messages to help with anything we needed. Thank you so much!

To be improved

The surprise of the fourth bedroom being on the ground floor. Only a small selection of restaurants within walking distance at closest beach.

Beautiful villa exactly as advertised. Plenty of social space to use and spread out as a large family. The added touch of the welcome hamper was very well received.
