I really liked this studio. Even though we arrived late, the owner met us to give us the keys and explain everything to us. The flat is clean, well-kept and with a sea view, the beds are comfortable, they provided towels, there were little things in the apartment like dishwashing liquid, shampoo, shower gel, liquid detergent. By the way, there is free wifi and a big plus is the parking, which is common for the entire Anatolia complex, but every evening we found a parking space. The owner is very kind and friendly. 10min walking distance to Playa Grande which is nice and 15min to Loro Parque.

“A quiet place to stay in a local neighbourhood”

The best

Great view from the balcony and pleasant as it doesn’t get the sun - but is warm enough to sit out (and dry washing!) Very comfortable bed which is great. Nice shower and efficient washing machine. Quiet area and little noise from neighbours. Swimming pool is really nice and hardly used. Nice to meet the owner and also very good communication from him, too. Parking is easy and we didn’t have a problem with it. Wifi pretty strong.

To be improved

Not things we didn’t like as such but the exterior door to the block doesn’t have a lock, therefore the whole block is open to all, in effect, but this wasn’t an issue for us. Some matching wine glasses would be nice and also some washing detergent for the machine. Neighbours smoking marijuana at all hours might put some people off!

Nice quiet apartment block well kept in residential end of town. Access to bus station and supermarket 7or8 minutes . All communal areas very clean nicely tiled floors . It was handy being near bus station to visit the towns in north Tenerife like La Oratova ,La Laguna and Santa Cruz

Bathroom is very tiny . There was a problem with the shower not draining . The owner came to fix it when I asked him

“The apartment could be cleaner”

The location is ok. Free parking space at the property.

To be improved

Bed linen and towels are old and stained. The cleaning could have been done better. In the corners and under the bed (I saw this because I dropped something on the floor and it went under the bed) the cleaning is not enough.
