The best

Location was great, right on the beach and easy walking distance to town, groceries, shopping. The suite was very clean and well-equipped with comfortable furniture and beds. The bathroom was in good working order although a few hooks on the walls would have been helpful. The half bath downstairs was very convenient. Cristina, one of the ladies that cleans, was great - very helpful and friendly. She helped with retrieving the key from a finicky lock box, explained how the appliances worked and with other helpful suggestions. There is no other live help (reception) but Juan was available to answer questions via WhatsApp. I arrived before the official check in time and they were able to finish cleaning the room and made it available in a shorter period of time while I waited at my friend's apartment.

To be improved

It was very hot and humid in Carboneras and the AC units could not keep up. It seemed to get worse over time. I had the settings as low as they would go and kept the ceiling fans working all day at the highest settings. Because the sun beat down on the windows I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time which prevented me from enjoying the gorgeous views of the sea. The main bedroom got oppressively hot during the course of the day into the night. The oppressive weather also prevented me from enjoying the outdoor pools and seating areas as well as the beach. Of course, the facility can't control the weather so my only point is that patrons should carefully consider the time of the year when they come to take full advantage of this beautiful place. I was here for a family event so had no choice.

Helpful staff, very responsive. Excellent, clean, well equipped, great value for money. I wish to go back as soon as possible - this is my new favourite place to stay. It is the best.
