“Would highly recommend”

The best

We loved our stay at Ancora apartments! Our one bedroom apartment was so nice and had everything we needed for our stay. So close to the beach and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for Christmas and hope to come back again for spring or summer break. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Really nice accommodation, very clean very central and reception very helpful.Although only cleaned once a week you bring down towels sheets and they give you clean ones,we are a family of 2 adults and 2 adult size teens and the 2 bed accommodation was well equipped for all...

“Wonderful apartments close to everything.”

Fabulous apartments. The only downside we can give you is if you have a room facing the road it is very noisy from traffic and the H10 Vintage Salou entertainment ant night, no sun on your balcony. Sitting on a sunny balcony is a big part of our holiday as I am disabled and struggle to be out and about all day. But we are returning and have reached out in the hope that we can have a pool view next time. If you book a package holiday your sheets and towels are provided and if you book breakfast you are entitled to use the facilities at La Siesta around the corner. This made our holiday. The swimming pools are fantastic. Staff are lovely, really helpful. See you next June Ancora, we are really looking forward to it already.

“Very pleasant apartment but uncomfortable bed”

The apartment is really well kitted out, spacious and with all the equipment you would need. The TV even allowed us to access our own streaming service. The decore is lovely and the staff are very pleaant. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. We walked a lot and not getting proper rest was a real issue. The pool is small and was monopolised by children even though we booked during term time. In terms of access to shops, beach and information really accessible and easy to negotiate.

“Great location, good apartment”

We enjoyed our stay at the Ancora. Its minutes from the beach and the main area so lists of restaurants and bars around. Apartment was modern and in good condition. Bed was a bit hard but reasonably comfy. Good shower with decent water pressure. There was quite a lot of sand on the sofa when we arrived but fortunately there was a brush to tidy it up. There was not enough toilet paper for a week’s stay and when we asked for more were told they would give it to us as a ‘courtesy’ but we’d normally have to pay. We’ve stayed in many aparthotels and we are used to things like having to take your rubbish out at the end of the stay but the toilet roll thing baffled us. We were stopped by security for not having wristbands on but no one told us we needed to wear them all the time. There were also several other groups next to us that didn’t have wristbands on that we’re not spoken too. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was good, always freshly made eggs available and a reasonable choice of cereals and pastries. Breakfast was served at their sister property which wasn’t too far away but would have been useful to know that at the point of booking. Overall we’d consider staying again as it was reasonably priced.

“Fantastic apartments”

Our first time at Ancora apartments . We had fantastic accommodation. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and great air conditioning. All the team helpful especially Paula. It's also reassuring that the desk is manned at night. We will definitely return . Great central location too.
