“Disappointed by closed pool”

It was a nice location and very quiet.

To be improved

The pool was closed. I booked this apartment specifically for the pool and I wasn’t told beforehand. If I knew the pool was closed I would’ve booked somewhere else. Wasn’t happy when we were informed that we couldn’t use it.

To be improved

Very poor sound proofing. Couldn't sleep well due to noise from other apartment beside and above us. Mainly running water from perhaps toilets flushing and taps running. Beds weren't comfortable either and pillows poor quality.

would have like more info re aircon had to text Monique next day she was helpful after a very warm first night, no aircon in master bedroom and in sitting room. and about how to use washing machine, also no light in lower terrace upper terrace 1 of 3 lights worked, also wish we had known the pool closed from 3 to 5pm, would like swim before we went out, no info on buses which stop by Carrefour , one an hour only half hour after 9.30 no buses on sunday between 3 and 5.30, bus timetable would have helpful guess most people have cars!!!! lift out of order no info on that, didnt work all week, long way to carry up bags if not fit only 4 cushion for chairs, only 4 to 5 loungers by pool, info pool cleaning times, would help.Foyer front lock broken on second day, felt unsafe.

“SUPER PERFECT”

The best

The location was perfect, 3 minutes by car to Carrefour supermarket, 8 minutes by car to all the tourist attractions in the city, 45 minutes to Malga, an hour to Granada. The apartment was wonderful, more than expected, clean, with a wonderful view and a quiet area. The person who welcoming me was very nice. I loved my stay in this apartment and I will definitely come back again and I will suggest this apartment to my friends.
