Furniture slight outdated. But functional. Cleanliness could have been slightly better - found a long black hair in shower. Hair dryer needs to be removed and replace with a plug in. Weak hair dryer. I left an umbrella l, hopefully can stay in hotel for future guest use

“The location · Cons: We didn't stay! We checked in, saw the apartment, found it didn't match the description or the category of a luxury suite. It was shabby and tired and had seen better days. It was ridiculously overpriced and oversold. The lift was dangerously minute and very slow. We were on the 6th floor and it would have been a death trap in the case of a fire. To cap it all the room was ragingly hot and the ancient battered air conditioning unit was barely working. We left after 4 hours have lost all our money, nearly £600, and are in dispute with the owners for a partial refund. Booking.com are aware and are supposed to be helping us. We found the property via the tourist board and I will be making an official complaint to them tomorrow.”

“Great central Tarragona location.”

The best

Great central location. Size of room appears smaller than advertised but we made it work. We think the bathroom area and some wasted corridor space take up some of the footage but we struggled with our two large and one small suitcases. Other than that loved the space but would not have booked it had the room size been more accurate. Staff were great in making some reccomendations.

Nothing negative about the room other than on the small side for us. In the reception area, we had an issue with the smell of tobacco. Not sure if people smoke in reception or off it jas to do with the building being closed. It was not pleasant having to get through the area. Even my husband who is a smoker didn't enjoy this aspect of entry into th3 building. If they air it out it would make a huge difference. It was not pleasant being in the entry/reception area.

“Highly recommend!!”

Amazing place in the center of Tarragona! The staff is wonderful, the flats are great and you are close to absolute everything! I stayed here for a few weeks and it was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!
