A fabulous location, right in the beating heart of Sevilla, the apartment has its own private lift entrance and a large roof terrace.

To be improved

The apartment didn't seem loved, with furnishings left unfinished and a dirty toilet upon arrival.

“Amazing apartment”

The best

I loved this apartment! The check in process is easy, it's remote and you will receive the instructions through the booking messages. The location is spectacular, absolutely unbeatable for this price - the windows partially come out to the windows of Plaza de Toros. It's close to everything and anything you may need. The apartment is huge, top floor with a gorgeous terrace. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with a stove (did not try using), microwave, capsule coffee maker, washing machine, teapot, dishes, silverware, oil, vinegar. The apartment has lots of windows and is very well lit if you want it to be, but just like any European apartment it has the shades you can lower at will. The apartment has AC/heater so you can stay warm/cool as needed. The wifi worked great.

I loved the apartment, this is just some small feedback - It looks like the apartment is managed by an agency and I'm sure they have the best ideas in mind however I didn't love the individually packaged sponges, dish soap, kitchen cloth..while that is great, once you open the packet of dish soap, it leaks all over the place. In my mind having a bottle of dish soap that's just there for everyone is better - no shampoo, shower gel - luckily I fly with my own shampoo and conditioner just for cases like this, but it's still nice to have it for guests just in case, it's cheap to get a big bottle of each but makes the place much more functional - space for storage occupied by other things - electricity is a bit spotty, just gotta know how to restart - the coffee machine was there but there were no capsules; there was a used capsule inside so I'm not sure if guests come with their own or if they just forgot to leave some - the shower drains a bit poorly

The best

The apartment has incredible potential, with a perfect central still tranquil position, good division of internal spaces and a great and very enjoyable terrace. There's only a sofa bed, but a comfy one I should say. All amenities, as well as the city centre with its main sightseeing spots, are at walking distance.

To be improved

WiFi didn't work during our stay and couldn't be fixed despite the kind effort made by the owner. Despite being of good quality, some towels were obviously damaged. The general perception is that some more investment could be made to pair with the potential of this beautiful apartment.

“very good location but not very comfortable at night”

The location, the balcony, and the owner responds quickly to all questions.

To be improved

The smell in the building hallway and sometimes on the balcony, and the sofa bed is not comfortable for spending 6 nights. and it's noisy on the night, something that is normal for the location.
