We like the location and the beds. Staff is helpful too.

The air conditioners in Spain could not do the job right. We set it at 21 degree but there is no cold air coming out and the room feels like 30 degree all the time.

Excellent location and great entry security system. Good communication from the property management company.

Some of the facilities new some attention. A light behind the mirror was falling down. We struggled with some of the shutters. We found the booking confirmation process a little heavy but apparently it is the same for all accommodation in Madrid.
