The best

Not as smart as the pictures but so central and comfy, it didn't matter. Great value for money and large size for family of 5.

“Basically satisfaction except for the mentioned shortcomings in the equipment .Nothing prevents hous”
The best

Good location ,everything within reach ,center, entertainment ,beach and shops. Good layout of the apartment spacious terrace . Thanks to the third floor you can´t hear too much street noise.

To be improved

Some older equipment already needs to be replacement. Moldings are falling off on the kitchen counter. The malfuntioning washing machine was not rectified even after a complaint. Low water pressure in the showers .
