This is a very nice apartment. It’s not the first time we have stayed here. The apartment has a beautiful view of the city and the ocean. High-quality renovation has been done. It is very clean and well maintained, everything you need, you have in the apartment - all kitchen utensils, a new washing machine, hair dryer, iron, beach towels and much more. There is a volleyball and children's playground. Overall, a very pleasant and homely atmosphere - quiet and peaceful. Close to shops and restaurants. The beach is within walking distance. We absolutely enjoyed spending our vacation here.

“I would not recommend this apartment and not wish to stay in it again.”

We spent four weeks in this apartment, which was very spacious, well equipped and had good quality fittings. The very large terrace had views overlooking the sea in the distance, but also the very busy motorway, which whilst some distance away ,created a constant noise from the traffic, even at night ! I would have loved to use the terrace more, had there been some provision for shade. Although there was a lovely large sun canopy fitted, it’s not for the use of guests, which was a shame, and there were no sun umbrellas, which could have provided some shade in the afternoon and essential right up until early evening ( April stay). Although the apartment appeared to be clean, all the crockery, glasses and cutlery needed a proper wash before use. Also, in one of the bedrooms the bed linen did not appear to have been washed or aired properly. We were also surprised when we read in apartment conditions brochure provided that all bed linen is changed for those staying more than 2 weeks. This was not done in our case.

I would also like to mention the position of the apartment, which, had I known before, I certainly would not have booked. We knew it was on a steep hill therefore we hired a car for our stay. But there was no space for parking the car outside the apartment block, as there were only a very few spaces, which were always taken. In the end, we left our car near a supermarket 0.6 km away and walked daily there and back, or took a taxi instead due to the parking situation. The other problem with the position of the apartment was the very steep steps, 33 of them in total, which had to be taken every time you left the property and whenever you arrived back again. Carrying our heavy cases from the entrance gated complex to the apartment on arrival and departure days or carrying shopping to the apartment was difficult and in fact dangerous; especially for any infirm or older people or families with younger children requiring a buggy. Therefore I would not recommend this apartment and not wish to stay in it again.

From walking into the gated complex to the apartment the views are amazing. The apartment is very clean and spacious with a large sun terrace. All appliances are very new and modern. Beds are very clean and comfortable. The apartment would comfortably accommodate 4 adults. We would definitely return.

To be improved

The walk up the hill to get to the complex would not suit everyone. (Although its only a 5 euro taxi ride from the beach) Whilst the apartment is all on the flat there are a number of stairs to get to it. The apartment doesn't benefit from early morning sun. Whilst there is a large smart TV the only programs available are via Internet eg. You tube.
