“Not happy at all.”

I DID NOT STAY IN THE VILLA ANJU STATED EVEN THOUGH I DO BELIEVE IT IS THE ONE I BOOKED. WE STAYED IN VILLA CELIA WHICH THAT WAS APPARENTLY WHAT I BOOKED. Location we have stayed around here in different villas over the past 15 years.

The villa was not the same as the pictures shown. Only 3-4 are true pictures from the villa Celia. I emailed the management team straight away as we where very disappointed with the villa on our arrival, he said the original villa I booked was unavailable. I explained I did not want the living room and bedrooms separate. I do not like locking the front room door then going across to the bedrooms and locking that entrance door?? But this was the only villa I booked so that was total rubbish !!!! and if that had of been the case surely I should of been informed and then I could of chosen a villa myself. He told me to contact booking.com and sent across my booking reference. I can say the only good thing about the villa it was clean. I like the Spanish decor but…….otherwise appliances were dangerous. I can honestly say I have never seen a toaster like the one we had. The lighting in the kitchen was like a pull out light on top of the unit. It had no matching dinner plates/bowls/cups/glasses no plastic items for outside use. Some of the pots and the glasses had chips !! The outside furniture was terrible it was unsafe/dirty/old. The ensuite and shower/bathroom both had a see through curtain at the windows, we put a towel there because there was no privacy what so ever from the villa next door. I have booked on here for a lot of years including villas around this area and I can honestly say it is the worst villa we have stayed in. The way this villa is advertised it is so wrong and totally unacceptable, and Villa Celia it is far from luxury !!!! I do not know if this is down to the owner or the management company. I do not always do reviews, but on this occasion I felt I needed to. People should be aware of this. It only allows you to add 20 pictures. I have more and also wish I had taken more, but here are a few to look at. It gives you some idea...........................

“Lovely Villa, great location and fabulous host!”

The best

Location was perfect for visiting family and not too far for the children to walk into town. The pool was fabulous and well worth the extra cost to have it heated. The pool table and bbq were great extras too. Shame it was too windy to make good use of the table tennis table. Our host Juan was very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped and the beds were comfortable too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

we loved all the activities provided (ping pong table, pool table, swimming pool). we also liked the fact that there were lots of tables outside

the only negative thing I have to say is that it is a bit far from the centrum but we knew that when booking. We didn't have a car so we had to walk about 30min but it was not that big of a deal

“Amazing stay”

The best

We had an outstanding experience at Juan's beautiful villa. From the roll back cover on the heated swimming pool to the rooftop solarium, every detail was meticulously thought out. It had 3 good sizes double bedrooms plus a large pull out sofa bed in the living room. En suite with a spa bath and shower plus another family bathroom. The inclusion of a table tennis table and pool table added to the family's enjoyment. Juan's attention to detail was evident, Overall, the excellent service and well-equipped villa made our stay truly memorable. The location is great and 15 minutes walk down hill to the centre of Corralejo although there are bars, restaurants and supermarkets near to the villa. Juan is a very nice helpful guy. He has a number of other properties to book as well as this one. We are looking to stay here again very soon.

The property was lovely and very well equipped the location was excellent only a 10-15 min walk to town , supermarkets and the water park the host was very nice and the communication was excellent throughout
