Sending double bedroom had two single beds pushed together bit one single bed was an inch or two higher that the other bed Random light bulbs left in the wardrobe of the second bedroom We have pictures and videos of all of the things wrong with this apartment

The was really hard to find. The directions are confusing. The lack of AC and no window screens. No soap. The beds, only one queen The showers were very small.

There were no coffee capsules provided, and the kitchen was poorly equipped overall — no oven dish, only two wine glasses for five guests, and a general lack of essential items. In the bathroom, there was no shower gel or hand soap, and only a single toilet paper roll was provided for the entire group, which was clearly insufficient. The beds were also not up to standard: the mattresses sagged significantly, and in one of the rooms, the two single beds were at different heights, which made sleeping arrangements uncomfortable. Moreover, there was no furniture in the bathroom to place personal belongings, and the lockers in the bathroom and toilets did not work. Finally, we noticed the absence of any welcoming touches that are often appreciated in similar accommodations.

The host didn't provide instructions about where the car parking is or how to get into the property until after we were flying to Spain, so we couldn't prepare properly. To access the car park you first have to find space to park in some very busy streets, and we got blocked in by someone parking behind us, so it took about an hour to finally get in to the property and park the car in the allocated parking. The cotbed in the property was broken and not usable. I notified the host immediately but they didn't reply until the following day, and insisted that I didn't book for a baby. After showing them the screenshots they apologised and arranged for a new cotbed to be provided. The bathroom doors don't shut properly, and the bathroom locks don't work. The electricty supply randomly tripped off. I notified them but didn't get any reply. I managed to restore it on my own after about an hour. The lift is tiny and was barely big enough for our baby buggy. The lights in the kitchen area don't work. There were exposed wires dangling from the roof over the balcony. There was a chair in the dining area with a broken top and exposed splinters when we arrived.
