“Amazing location and experience”

We only rented the main apartment so I'll only comment on that. The view is just like in the pictures, really breathtaking. That living room is simply amazing with the huge windows and open space. The kitchen was really well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. It's a perfect destination for a couple. Lounging on the sunbeds in the terrace taking in the views is something I still think about While not in the city, there are several restaurants and shops 5 minutes away by walking. A rental car is recommended although there's a bus station just in front of the property. The owner lives nearby and he's really friendly and helpful. Checking in was very simple, we just arrived at the property and followed the instructions from the message we received, everything was already prepared. Overall one of the best places I've ever stayed in

Very clean, beautiful view, relaxing.

The company took care and was attentive and solved some problems very quickly. At the end when leaving I wrote a note, like „ we’re leaving, everything is fine, thank you.“ I’ve never got an answer. That never happened before and after. Even in pure business situations you always answer to such phrases and are polite. As this wasn’t the case and I care, I didn’t felt welcomed by the company which is taking care:(

“Superb”

The best

Apartment is amazing. Modern, spacious and clean. The view from the terrace Was amazing! The online reason why I did not put 10 Was because The description of the flat Was not precised. Second room is separate, downstairs with lower standard than the main apartment. Keys had to be picked up from the office in Puerta de Cruz, communication and directions were clear. I will come back!

“A beautiful and calm place to relax with a gorgeous view!”

Gorgeous view! The apartment is very modern and spacious. It has a beautiful view of Puerto de la Cruz and El Teide. The kitchen is very well equipped. I can't say anything bad about this apartment. Everything is perfect. The apartment owner who lives next door is very helpful and nice. It was a great pleasure to meet him.

Difficult check in and overall communication with the Ocean Rental staff. Lack of proper kitchen and barbecue utensils, although most were provided after our request. Stiff mattress in the room below. Lack of hot water after aprox. 5-10 min of use.
