The photos make it appear bigger than it actually is. The apartment is also right up 2 hill roads, and literally on the side of the mountain, this property wouldn't be suitable for the young or elderly or anyone with ill health. The second day I asked to be moved due to someone in the group having illness. They just totally ignored me! 2nd night, the whole block lost water supply, the temperature was over 26ç, I contacted them again, by which point I was already disappointed, they then sent someone out who did not speak English, nor did carlos return my call that evening to tell me what was happening. Very unprofessional and here in the UK it would be illegal to leave a tenant with no running water. I then had to contact booking.com, who wasn't to helpful as they stated they couldn't do anything!! And they informed me the apartment/ person responsible was not replying to booking.com either and that they had made several contact attempts! 🙄 the 3rd day came and we just had enough, I then demanded to be moved or I would do a Section 75 visa charge back. The property isn't exactly as advertised, notice the bathroom photo only shows a sink! Well the toilet is facing the sink! And to the right of the sink is the sloped bath! Walled in! Quite dangerous as they is no grab rails, and you have to enter the bath from the bottom! As it's walled in on 3 sides. Bathroom is hazard! Door just about opens fully as it's very near the toilet bowl. But all that aside, the building was a building site, 2 entrances, one was all dug up!! Yep, all the tiles was taken up and was not safe to use, the other entrance had numerous wires hanging from the ceiling! Extremely dangerous and again, in the UK this would be illegal. I then contacted "carlos again" to be told, its because the building is being renovated!! So as I said to him.. don't rent properties where such works is takin place.
