“Even if the stay was not unpleasant I would not book it again if back in Valencia”
The best

Good location not fare from the beach and city center. Towels, coffee and tea available. Air conditioning and washing machines (dish and clothes)

To be improved

Not super clean. Host communication not super pro-active.

It is a very strategic location

It was not that clean. The rug clearly has not been vacuumed in a good while. My allergies were all over the place with the amount of dust. We had to clean ourselves a bit even after knowing someone had come to organize. The toilet moved constantly, seemed like it is not well attached to the floor. Hmm. Seems like a lot of things are about to break. The AC really does not cover the whole space. We were so hot all the time, as it only covers a bit of the living room.

“Cosy apartment great for couples close to beach & amenities - we recommend!”
The best

The apartment was super easy to enter, and very cosy. The bed was SUPER comfortable and the area was quiet and close to amenities (local supermarket, local fruteria, pharmacy close by) and 20 mins or less walking to the port side of the beach front. If you plan to spend a lot of time on the beach. I'd recommend this place for a short stay. One person could settle in for longer. For us it was really nice for a short stay for couples (we stayed 2 nights, which it was perfect for). Bumped into the host on the way out who was absolutely lovely, so it felt like we were in great hands :)

Some of the facilities seemed a little thrown together, but for a holiday rental with great value for money, can't complain!

The best

Carlos is a great host, the apartment is fully equipped, great deal! There are always parking spots nearby, The apartment is close to shops, supermarkets and more. Malvarrosa Beach is also close.
