Good location.

To be improved

Couldn't sleep in the bed. Management not helpful at all. Eventually they offered an alternative after I had let them know I had video evidence and their unhelpful WhatsApps. Refused to come to the room to sort out problem.

The best

The staff was really very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect and it is the most comfortable, the beds, the atmosphere of the room and the facilities they offer are all excellent. They deserve 100/100!

Immaculately clean, really beautiful design, and they let us leave our luggage in the lockers when we arrived early in the morning and couldn’t check in yet. Amazing location walking distance to train station and to all things in the central city.

“Lovely apartment building in the centre of town”
The best

Very nice, quite newly refurbished, apartment 'hotel' at a very central location. Everything is in good condition and well kept. Our room was not that spacious but well designed and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

To be improved

The check-in process is fully automated through a self-check-in machine in the lobby. Okay in principle but it requires a reservation code to start the process. This code was promised to be send to us a day ahead of arrival (by e-mail or AI tool) but nothing ever arrived. Then such a check-in process becomes a drag and a bit of a frustrating experience.
