There were several areas that needed improved. Firstly, the images make it look better. Attention to detail was lacking, including light bulbs that were out and there were some cleanliness problems. While the beds were comfortable, the mattress and pillow protectors were stained and clearly needed refreshing. We were also disappointed to find no hospitality tray with tea bags, coffee, or even a little milk available. During the day, street noise was quite distracting, making it almost impossible to enjoy a siesta. Although the balcony wrapped around the apartment, it lacked a small bistro set, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space. Additionally, there was very little toilet paper left, and no bin liners, and the communal toilet was unusable because the seat was completely broken. Overall, while there were some positives, these issues significantly impacted our stay. We had a pleasant time, but it would require attention to these details for us to consider returning in the future.
