Near airport, clean room, two beds

The lock mechanism on our door and door handle was broken and loose, we did not feed safe. The area was not nice, the buildings were like bunkers, functional but ugly. The room was noisy and we could not sleep because a woman in the room next door was arguing with her partner for literally hours! The staff at front desk were nice, but we were happy to check out and leave the hotel.

Nothing, I can’t quite believe the cost of this hotel for the poor quality you get.

1 plug socket between a family of 4 that needed their devices for a day of travelling the day of staying and the following day. Beds were extremely uncomfortable, metal door was very insecure, wobbly handle and damaged. Foul odour in the room, stained toilet, hair on bathroom floor, one small dull wall light to light the room, no ceiling lights. Mess across the window sills, very dated room and extremely dated bathroom. Stray animals lingering around and entering buildings. And very noisy area where our room was located (right by reception and directly next to car park) room was just very unsafe and unsanitary and we felt extremely uncomfortable and unsettled. Unhelpful staff when I advised them of our issues, we did not stay in the end, we handed keys back in to the reception staff within 10 minutes of us checking in, we went to stay at the crown plaza around the corner. We will be taking it further for them to issue a full refund.
