No air conditioning, 2 fans, 1 broke. Located near the bins, so noisy on & off all night. Street cleaners came at 2.40 in the morning.

Had to collect keys from key box a 10min walk away. Entrance hallway very dirty. Advertised as 'airconditioned apartment' (changed on description now) Only 1x portable unit available, in very poor condition and unsafe to use. Held together with tape & cling film. Temperature was 45°. Requested 3 beds to be made up, only 2 available. Building work left unfinished in lounge area. Sent several messages and called the owner, all ignored for 1 1/2 hours. Eventually answered, explained the situation and was offered a full refund if we wanted to find somewhere else Agreed, found a nearby hotel, much more expensive, and called owner back within 20mins. Dropped keys back at key box and messaged owner again. Owner then went back on the agreement and refused a refund. Eventually had 1 night refunded.

Fan needs sorting in bedroom, new fan but not very powerful?

I booked to sleep 4 adults one double bed one thin foam mattress on floor one dirty broken sofa bed. No top sheets dirty pillow with no case dirty washing in machine cut my foot on ripped kitchen floor air con unit sruck out of open window useless. Could hardly lock door awlful place.
