“DISGUSTING AND UNHOSPITABLE”

The best

Location was the only decent thing about it, but the cleanliness as rudeness of the staff RUINED the trip.

To be improved

We found BED BUGS in our apartment, and had to leave at 3 am. The property did NOTHING to help us, and in fact were extremely rude, calling us liars even though we had proof. I would hope NO ONE stays here and experiences what we did.

“The host was on top of everything being asked at any time.Apprecoate all the help given.thank you!And also asked if everything ok in the apartment and let them know if something is not looking good or not working.I did notnuse kitchen are all but it was fully equipped as described in the booking.AC and water heater was working perfectly.very clean.Definitely will stay again! · Cons: Everything was good. Just one minor suggestion for bedrooms and doors need a paint touch-up. Otherwise, everything was perfect.”

The location of the property is excellent, and the owners are incredibly helpful, offering exceptional support with getting around and anything else you might need. The apartment is clean and comfortable.

“Location, location, location! This is a very small roof apartment, located right in the center of Madrid specifically right in the center of Plaza Mayor, one of the best turist locations in Madrid. The particular apartment we stayed in (4th level #135), had two single beds downstairs and 2 single + 1 double upstairs. The place was vclean, but the furniture and bathroom are outdated, but for us, it did not matter as we valued the location above everything else. The air conditioning worked very well (2 separate ACs one downstairs and another upstairs). Washing machine worked good and they had a cold small fridge as well. They also provide a luggage storage (on another level), but it is at your own risk (we didn't have anything missing, so it was safe for us). Again overall, you can't beat this location for the good price, yes you have luxury options around, but it will cost you a lot more. The host was very responsive and hi helpful, very appreciated. · Cons: Too many locks and keys 😁 would be nice to have them install electronic locks. The host was good with directions, but it is hard to find (the room and luggage space)”
