Communication with the host was not easy from the beginning. She told us that she could also offer parking, but in that case we would have to provide the exact arrival time which we did almost 2 hours in advance. When we arrived in Granada, we still didn't know where the parking location was, I called but she didn't answer, she sent a message right after and gave us the address which took us to a very narrow street, I tried to phone her because the garage was closed but she kept hanging up because she didn't speak English, eventually I had to move away because a queue had built behind my car in that narrow street, in the meantime she sent me messages asking me random question about my staying instead of giving me clear information about the parking but I couldn't answer because I was driving around looking for a place to park. When I finally managed to park the car somewhere else, we headed to our accommodation, to find that our room had not been cleaned. I called the host but like I said he kept hanging up the phone because he doesn't speak English. At first she said to wait 45 minutes for someone to come and clean the room, but then she offered us another clean room. Her solution was quick and effective but the communication was terrible.

It was cold at night. AC was blowing cold air. I wrote to the owners to ask for extra blankets and I mentioned AC is not doing its job. They did not provide blankets and asked to switch on AC. I slept with my jacket on my legs
