“Great value for money in a great location.”

The best

We didn’t actually stay in this room - it was changed to 13A2 the day before for.some reason. This was actually a better location as it wasn’t facing the sun in the morning, which meant we didn’t have to wear our sunglasses whilst we had breakfast on the balcony. The whole complex is very dated, and in need of a renovation, which I think is in the pipeline. However, it is very clean and everything works, and the staff are pleasant, which counts for a lot. The room itself is a bit dated, but again has everything you could need, and also very clean and tidy. More storage than you could possibly need in the bedroom, hanging space and storage drawers. The balcony takes the afternoon sun, and there is an awning to give some respite. It’s a five minute walk to the Mirador strip, where all the entertainment bars are, or a fifteen minute stroll down to the harbour area, where you can find all the restaurants. It is in an ideal position. We have already booked again for next year as it has everything you could want.

To be improved

The two single beds were not very comfortable - they were very old metal bed frames, but it’s only for a couple of weeks. The ceiling fan just about does it’s job, but I think it might struggle to keep you cool in higher temperatures. The bathroom sink is a bit on the high side as it sits above the washing machine, so ended up on tip toes to wash my face. I can’t think of anything really negative to say about the room, or the complex, and it made for a great ten nights.

“I’m looking to stay here again.”

The best

Self contained apartment within a gated complex/community. Located a short walk from the sea front and town. Plenty of bars and restaurants along with a supermarket and a few local shops within 5 minutes walk. Balcony overlooking pool area. Wi-Fi. I am planning to return next year.

To be improved

If I was being very picky, I would suggest that some of the apartments fixtures and fittings are a little bit tired and would benefit from replacement. However, I think that the apartment’s condition is very typical of other I have stayed in, and reflects the rental fee.

The best

Very nice location in Los Cristianos with easy parking and nice pool. Kitchen is well equipped and very convenient. Very nice pool in the residence.

To be improved

A little noisy at night but this is expected considering the location.
