We decided we could not stay under these circumstances and paid for another apartment. The owner has refused to give us any credit at all, even with the broken toilet. Booking. Com is giving us a small credit but the apartment should be avoided at all costs.

The directions were confusing. The address brought us down a tight road to a store. Then we couldn’t find the correct building and door. The bed was uncomfortable.

There was a mixup of contact details at the start so made it stressful trying contact host I think this was due to booking .com

Furniture really old, bed not comfortable, could be more clean.
