“Decent lodging, but with some easily improvable faults. Wouldn´t be in a rush to return there.”

Very clean and modern, overlooking a nice park, not too far from bus and train stations (15-20 min walk), in a good area.

To be improved

Lacks a few details, like a toaster, the microwave didn´t really work right, and the lighting is odd, two tiny bed lights and then blinding ceiling spotlights, nothing in between. A small welcome package of teas or instant coffee, salt, sugar, etc would have been nice. A dish rag to handle hot pans etc also. After all, it is an apartment hotel, so they must expect people would be cooking there, that´s the point. Very stingy with the shower gel, hand gel etc as well. We spilled some gazpacho on the bedspread (complete accident, we weren´t eating there) and the evening clerk wouldn´t change the comforter till the next day, it was against the rules etc, but we know that most of the other rooms were not in use, it would have been easy for them to do.

“Comfortable, good value, overall excellent stay”

Clean, modern, good shower, comfortable beds, window which sealed out noise and light so we were able to have an excellent and quiet night's sleep. The entry and exit felt secure and the location was good. Also excellent value overall.

“Would stay again”

The best

Great staff and they were flexible with helping with the Check in even when I was going to arrive after their check in times. Room was roomy and very clean. Towels were really big which was a nice plus.

To be improved

The beds were a bit too firm for me but that is a personal choice. Hotel only left some supplies for the kitchenette, no hand soap (only small shower gel/shampoo combo), no complimentary coffee or tea. I only used the cafeteria once and I was told I had to order in advance, not sure how it really works, but if you are counting on it, you may want to ask. The lady was super nice and she prepped a quick breakfast for me with what she had.

“Large, comfortable room that I would be happy to stay in again.”

The best

Place is very clean and the room was comfortable and generously sized. The bathroom was also very clean and large, with a walk in shower with great water pressure, a nice change from another hotel I stayed in while in Oviedo. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and spoke enough English to get me checked in with no trouble. It's a little off the beaten path of the center city, but not outside of walking distance as long as you don't mind walking.

To be improved

More amusing than anything, but the walls and/or ceilings may not be very well insulated, as I could clearly hear "activity" in an adjacent room early one morning.
