“Beautiful apartment let down by unnecessary issues”

Beautiful apartment which deserved a 10/10 score. Apart from a room fan it had everything you would need and was spotlessly clean.

To be improved

Building door was closed and locked on arrival and no door bell. I had to find their phone number and wait for someone to come and open the door. Outside temperature was 38 and indoor temperature was 29 yet I was refused a room fan and told it wasn’t necessary. I therefore had a very uncomfortable stay. The girl who greeted me was rude. The hotel didn’t respond to my special request on my reservation or to a question I had asked prior to booking.

“Very good value stopover”

The best

Ideal for a stopover. The room had a well appointed kitchen which we didn't use! Good dog provision. Helpful and personable staff to meet us.

To be improved

Couldn't work out how to use the hand shower. Some black mould in the bedroom near the bed which was a bit off-putting, but not a problem for one night.

Too hot. Windows were open as we arrives. It was 35 degrees inside with no airconditioning and no other way of cooling. While showering staff came at the door, asking for payment. Very unprofessional and very inconveniant. The room said to have view on the mountains and view on the river. This made us book the room. Not knowing there are large trees in front of all windows so there is no view at all
