“Great stay if you don't expect to cook”

The apartment was quite spacious, very new, and clean. There was a desk, which was great since I came for work. The staff were very nice and helpful. The apartment is well located—about a 15-minute walk to the city center and 20 minutes to the train station. It was quiet and had good air conditioning.

To be improved

The kitchen was new and clean, but cooking was a bit difficult as there were no basic items like salt or sugar. Also, a kettle for boiling water wasn’t provided. When you arrive, it's important to ask for cutlery at the reception—if you don't ask, they won't provide it. I didn’t know this and ended up spending two days with a completely empty kitchen 😆

Good location and clean

To be improved

Iron box is not provided, an essential stuff for business travellers. Earlier the hotel used to provide, but during my recent stay, the receptionist told that they do not provide iron box anymore, which was a huge let down for me since it is not be good to wear creased dress for meetings.

The room is okay but the bedsheets smelled bad like they were dirty. The pillows were not comfortable at all and were very old and lumpy.

The bedsheets smelled bad like they were dirty and oily smell. The pillows were very old and lumpy and smelly. The kitchen sink leaked, the kitchen flooded. The floor was dirty as well as the bathroom floor. The lamp was broken.
