“A good choice to stay in Jaca”

The hotel had a great gym which was a reason we booked here. The staff were really helpful, the lady in the spa went out of her way to provide advice on places to visit nearby, which we greatly appreciated. We dined in the restaurant on both nights that we stayed and had lovely well priced meals each visit. The secure undercover parking was excellent and well worth the €6 per day. We thought the hotel was good value.

The photos of a spacious living room were a little misleading as the one bed apartment we had on the 3rd floor was far from spacious. It was in the roof cavity and the living space was tight. My husband is 6ft (182cms) and kept bumping his head as every room had a slope. I mean every room. It was also very hot and air conditioning couldn’t cope. Also apartment lacking basics like a kettle or a cutting board. No basics like condiments, tea bags ect which is such a welcoming thing to provide. Also the decor was very sterile and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sit on. We thought the pool opening at 10.00 or 11.00 am was a little strange we’ve never experienced such a late opening. We had planed to exercise in pool early as by the time it opened many users made this impossible. Saying all this we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Lovely room, having a kitchen is such a bonus, just for the fridge! Swimming pool great, staff very friendly and helpful. Spa really good too. Great place to relax

Bar not open during the day, maybe because it was Sunday. No English TV channels, just to chill in the evenings as not anything around hotel that we found, which was fine for a stopover
