When we arrived, we were given a room with a terrace, I had upgraded to this room on Booking.com. When we went to the room, the condition of it was awful. The furniture was all shabby and stained. There was a hole in the wall where an air-conditioning unit had been. The kitchen was so shabby that I didn’t want to cook in it. The room‘s terrace looked over a derelict building. We went to reception to ask if we could have a refund for the second night however the lady was very defensive and said we couldn’t have one and then gave us the key to another room. This room was quite the opposite of the first room we have been given it had a nice view and the furniture was quite new. I find it so rude and awful that they would give you such a shabby room and only change it if you complained I wouldn’t recommend anybody went to this accommodation. We had no instructions in our room. We had no idea how to work anything and we didn’t even know that there was a cafeteria. The safe had no door on it.
