“Beautiful views with a central location”

The best

The location cannot be beat. The views from the room were amazing. The apartment was clean and had the utensils for cooking but no basic spices or sugar for coffee. It was also missing shampoo, conditioner, body wash. It wasn't a big deal, but was a bit inconvenient. The location in L'Ametlla is just about as central as you can get. Ferran was very nice and helpful. The price was very reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay.

To be improved

There was not much we didn't like. The power went out for a couple hours one night because we ran the heater and washer at the same time. This may have been explained in Spanish and I just missed it because of my poor grasp on the language. The beds were a bit on the hard side. The only thing that I really did not like was that the one time I had to contact the Barcelona office (when the power went out and I couldn't figure out how to fix it and couldn't get ahold of the manager) the Barcelona person just said 'contact the manager. I'm in Barcelona I can't do anything'. He/she was very dismissive and not at all helpful. BUT after 2.5 hours Ferran did get in touch with us and fixed the problem, so the less than helpful attitude from Barcelona didn't really end up being relevant.
