“Comfy little place with good accessibility :)”

The best

The bed was the best bed I've had on any holiday, it felt like a mattress I would actually buy to sleep on rather than a bargain bin block of wood. The shower was amazing, it got hot within 10 seconds every single time. There were plenty of towels & dishes & pans. The blinds were easy to use, especially as a wheelchair user, and the mechanism for letting just some light in was pretty clever. Don't get me wrong, nothing was extremely luxurious about these things, but I felt a bit like goldilocks when I was staying here, everything was just right.

To be improved

Dealing with getting the bare necessities was a bit difficult, there was no salt & pepper, oil, coffee, tea, or laundry detergent, and I couldn't find any small versions of these in the shops, so I had to buy bulk versions and then figure out what to do with them. There was some hand soap and dish washing liquid though! There was also some wear and tear on the shower and the electric hobs, but nothing that caused me any issues. There was almost no sound barrier to the street outside, which was fine for me but might cause some issues for any light sleepers. If you are an electric wheelchair user, getting in to the house is easy but getting back out is a bit harder. I will definitely be using it again when I'm back in Barcelona because it's the perfect location for me, and ticks all the boxes of things I need.

“Cosy, comfortable with nice people surrounding us”

Suggest to take a train to the property, after crossing the road, follow the ascending unit no and you will find the apartment. It’s an annex to the main beautiful house where the owner mother lives, she is pretty nice to us! The shops closed early and some nights, we will need to cook for our dinner in a full service kitchen. The property is walking distance to the breach and we had a nice walk after the dinner. Do bring along your ear plug if you are a light sleeper! The neighbourhood has a lot of nice people around but they may not speak English. The lady at the train station was extremely friendly and helpful! She explained to us clearly on how to recharge our travel card clearly! It’s about 40 minutes or more to the main attractions but we selected this property to free ourselves from the pickpockets in the city and we nearly got into their hand when visiting the city metro station!

Just a note for the traveler: Do bring along all your toiletries.

Hospitality Location Flexibility Cleanness + we received breakfast as a present for the first day as we arrived after midnight. It was really nice of the lendlady.

To be improved

No washing up liquid, little handwashing liquid Noisy as next to the main road ( but that is why it is close to public transport, groceries and seaside which is an advantage!)

“Superb”

The best

Everything is great. Maria the host is really pleasant, Apartment is huge, very comfy for two people especially for couples. Kitchen has everything you need, for any possible meal that you can imagine. You have 2/3 big markets and 2/3 smaller in nearby. Also you won't get more sea anywhere in Barcelona as you got in Premia de Mar. Train station is also 200m from the apartment so you can reach Barcelona easy. In the summary we had really great time and we will come again for sure!

To be improved

Bathroom door is cabin like, there is a hole on the bottom like in a cabin toilet which can be uncomfortable sometimes. Also, although the train station is in nearby if you are not well experienced with metro systems in general you may find it hard for travelling and commuting in first few days so count more time in your schedule when sightseeing. If main reason for your visit is sea, rather than touristic sights, than you are in the perfect spot. Just to mention nothing wrong and it is not a mistake from the apartment but rather from Booking that doesn't single out those things.
