“Great stay”

“The location was great. · Cons: The accommodation was a big disappointment.I had raised concerns about 5 people in a one bedroomed apartment but I was assured we would be comfortable, we absolutely were not. We had no where to place our clothes or bags. We were on top of each other . There may be bed space for 5 but it leaves you no sitting space in return. The air conditioning only works in one room and the balcony/ veranda space flooded every day due to the overflowing water bottle the air conditioning was attached to. Speaking of the veranda space we were ground floor and positioned overlooking the playground. It was noisy and we had regular children climbing into the apartment. We had zero security from this as the sliding door cannot be locked . No safety deposit box so our passports and valuables were readily accessible. Very worrying throughout our stay. The host Raluca while always contactable, her lack of English made resolving any issues very stressful and near impossible. On arrival we were given directions where to collect a key , we were under time pressure as they were closing from 2pm to 5pm to eat , and the taxi driver could not even understand her directions. Overall the accommodation is not how it is described and I would definitely not recommend it to a family of 5. It is severely lacking a reception area or staff member onsite to offer assistance. We found no one to be helpful or pleasant onsite and overall we were delighted when it was time to leave . Had another option been available we would not have stayed throughout our stay. I would not recommend this accommodation nor will we ever return.”
