“Very nice flat, lot of space and a separate quiet room. The kitchen was fully equipped, with a huge fridge. Nice and confortable bathroom, I could use the washing machine during my stay · Cons: A curtain was missing in the sleeping room”

“Great once we knew it was not a scam.”

The experience was made full of anxiety from several weeks before. The host would not tell us the address before we flew, nor when we landed. We had to drive through dark mountain roads and actually arrive in the town before they would tell us where we were going. Even then they tried to make it dependent on photo ID, which we were not told we would require and could not provide because we were in a car in a strange land without a computer.

The best

Clean, convenient apartment. Kitchen well equipped. Toiletries and washing soap for laundry provided. Responsive and kind hosts. Easy to retrieve keys.

To be improved

Not the fault of the hosts, but the neighbors upstairs were noisy in early hours (5:30am) many days, the hosts promised to comment this with them.

It was very clean and tidy. It had toiletries, washing machine pods and good electrical appliances in the kitchen. Comfortable bed and sofa. Good location for us, near all shops and restaurants.

“Perfect time at Icod”
The best

I think the owner is exceptional, and everything is really good. Pictures are absolutely real. The place is clean, close to the center, a commercial center 2 min away, easy to park, close to the main attractions.

To be improved

Everything is so good, impossible to say anything. It is been a while that when I go to Icod, I always come to this place. I really recommended. Good place and very good people take care of it
