Apartament J&P CostaCalma

We really enjoyed our stay at J&P Apartment. The accomodation is comfortable, clean and very cozy. There is a small but well supplied shop in the complex where you can buy hot baguettes. Also there are few restaurants nearby with decent food. The host is very helpful and responsive.

As other reviews have said, the apartment is beginning to show it's age, with some if the furniture and fixtures looking worn and tired, and the bathroom in particular is in need of a renovation. However, the accommodation is perfectly functional and comfortable, and the complex itself is pleasant enough. The kitchen was well equipped, and there is a large fridge/freezer. All of the residents that we spoke to were very pleasant. There are shops nearby, and a scatter of restaurants to eat in the evening. Overall, the apartment represents good value for money for the price point.

Very friendly welcome with a fruit basket and a bottle of wine. Easy connection with the host via phone and text. We found the apartment clean and well equipped. The unit is part of the Green Oasis residential park, which is positioned in proximity of the highway FV-2 (Costa Calma West exit) and about 5-15 walking minutes from the beach, bars, restaurants, shops and super markets. Although one can see that the park is not brand new anymore it is still functional (pool, mini market, cleaning, waste deposit, etc. available) and also well maintained. In fact, the mini market even has its own in-house bakery and their fresh bread was delicious thus became one of our daily highlights. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen (also very useful: a washing machine), a sunny patio and a small storage room. Bedroom and bathroom are on the upper floor. Yes, it is quite small but for two people just perfect. Another plus is that parking is not an issue as we always found a space for our rental car near the entrance. Not to forget that internet access worked really well. Overall a great experience: we can absolutely recommend the place!
