Great location. Clean and well facilitated apartment and site.

To be improved

It's a shame you have to pay a deposit for the card for site access, as we forgot to ask for deposit back. Could these not just be cancelled electronically perhaps.

“Fantastic, fabulous, fun”
The best

The apartment is fantastically decorated, furnished and comfortable, the complex is spotless with the pools and pool are well maintained.

To be improved

The front of house staff are a little rude, although that may be a cultural difference

“Beautiful place”
The best

Great location, everything is close by walking distance, beach is 15 mins, Mercadona 10 mins. The apartment is in a beautiful complex, lot of plants, pool is great. They have 2 bars. Few shops, restaurants, bars are just next to the complex. The bed was very comfortable.

To be improved

The kitchen could be a bit more equipped, e.g. kitchen towel, gash bag, sugar and salt- but it’s not a big deal. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly, you can see limescale on shower .

“Lovely apartment in good location”
The best

The apartment is well located with excellent wifi , Good coffee machine and TV you can use either your Netflix or prime account , very limited English otherwise. Nice view over the pool .

To be improved

The apartment was great The complex not so Pool bar shut half the time and when open no food Ridiculous deposit of 10 euro for a plastic keyboard to enter complex , one snapped in my wallet and they would not exchange I had to pay another 10 Euros for a piece of plastic ,never known thus anywhere in the world ever ..con Tenerife now allows legal smoking of cannabis and the complex allows it as well and the smell was pervasive. The apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility as access by stairs only

“Exceptional”
The best

•Location - If you like to walk you can get to coastline in 20minutes and walk to los Cristianos in 1h20min. • Parking - hotel official park is free but a bit small. But You can easily leave Your car by street or nearest parking lot next to Aqualand and get in hotel through second entrance with elavator. • Interior - modern and clean. Especially kitchen and bedroom! I really appreciate the dark curtains. • And the best - pool area. Very nice pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. There are also a bar.
