Apartament Sunset Aliss

Very comfortable and well equiped in a non busy street but still good location

Accidental failure of boiler has occurred. It was Sunday. The host reacted quickly - within an hour came to appartment together with plumber. Unfortunatelly the boiler was not repairable. So the host promised to buy and install new boiler on the next day. Next day (Monday) was national holiday and no specialized shops were working. So the same day host offered us another apartment for the remaining days of our stay - even bigger (3 rooms instead of initial 2), with a view to ocean. Even though it had some drawbacks compared to initial apartment (there was no dishwasher, street was nosier on that side of the house; and that Sunday evening we were left without hot water; also it required an hour of our holiday time to move from one apartment to the other), keeping in mind all the circumstances the whole situation left us satisfied regarding the approach of host. Accidents can happen to anybody. The most important is how one handles the uncomfortable situation and searches for its solution. This host handled the situation well.

Absolutely standard apartments in Tenerife. Nothing outstanding, but nothing bad either. Everything as expected. Thanks to the owners!

Very clean, plenty of space, all the equipment needed for traveling with our young child (cot, highchair, potty seat) and especially good as we stayed after our long flight so just needed somewhere comfy before going on to our hotel in the north. Big comfy bed plus a cot. Easy check-in, just collected keys from a box outside the door.
