Getting into the property was an issue especially late at night and also our contact didn’t speak a word of English. We also had uninvited guests at 3.40am.. they had been told where the emergency key was and used it to enter our apartment!!

The best

Great location but old building with smells. Very hard to find the place if you driving to there. Clear parking instruction will be helpful if owner can provide for people come by car.

To be improved

Owner is not on site. The check in system is very bad and we have to stand in the coldness to finish check in. It keep saying error and eventually owner told us that we have to put “.” On second surname which we don’t have. Spend us almost 30-40 minutes outside try to get in. My kids got sick and caught cold after that, ruined our trip even the location of the place is great.

It would have been nice to have a courtesy water bottle and 3 coffee capsules, as the machine was Dolce Gusto which is not ideal to have. It is a cheap gesture that goes a long way.
